The meeting will be held primarily indoors in a large conference venue with a large number of people. If you are feeling unwell, please participate remotely. We will provide COVID-19 rapid tests and ask all participants to test each morning before the meeting. We will also provide masks; we encourage but will not require participants to wear masks when physical distancing cannot be maintained. For participants who test positive for COVID-19 or develop COVID-like symptoms during or shortly before the meeting, we will refund a prorated portion of the difference between the in-person registration fee and the online registration fee. Participants who test positive should email the LOC co-chairs, Alex Hill and Roland Kothes. This policy is intended to reduce the probability of transmission of COVID-19 at the meeting and will change if needed in response to any changes in public health guidance.
