Oral presentation information

Contributed oral talks will be held in parallel sessions in one of two ballrooms: Salon A+B or Salon C. Each talk will be allotted 12 minutes, 9 minutes for the talk with 3 minutes for questions. Talks will be presented to participants in the room and via Zoom to registered remote participants.

In-person participants can ask questions by raising their hands, and remote participants can ask questions by raising their virtual hands. In-person and remote participants can also ask questions via Slack to be asked verbally by a moderator in the room.

We will be presenting talks from a computer configured by the LOC. Both a Mac (with PowerPoint, Keynote, Preview, and Adobe Reader) and a Windows machine (with PowerPoint and Adobe Reader) will be available. Presenters must upload their talks via Dropbox links which were sent by email and are available in Slack. Talks should be updated by 18:00 the day before your talk.

Plenary talks will be held in Salon A+B+C.
